Three clans that kept Asakusa's spiritual order: the Fukiri (wind god), the Raido (thunder god), and the Hiiragi (oni-slaying onmyoji). The balance broke twelve years ago.

Overview
The wind and thunder clans carried oni-god power; the Hiiragi held the role of suppressing runaway oni. After the Incident Twelve Years Ago the previous wind and thunder miko died and the Raido were exiled, breaking the balance.
