VARZ TCG is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the site and its community tools lawfully and respectfully, and not to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the service.

Some features require an account or a linked Discord profile. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Decks, messages, and other content you submit remain yours, but you grant VARZ TCG a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the service. You are responsible for the content you share and must not post anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive.

The VARZ TCG name, logos, card art, characters, and game design are the property of VARZ TCG and its creators. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials except as expressly permitted (for example, official Print & Play resources for personal play).

VARZ TCG is in active development. Features, rules, and card effects may change, and parts of the service may be unavailable or contain errors. We provide the service on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VARZ TCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
